HSS-100 Twice a Day?

Has anyone splitted HSS-100 twice a day for the same muscle group? If so, what is the best approach?

AM: heavy lifting. 5 sets

PM: superset. 3+3 sets, special exercise. 3 sets, 100 reps. 9 total sets

With this split, I see a little work and short time on AM session. Am I right?

I’d appreciate any advice.
