I am currently trying out the HSS100 program and I loved the first workouts.
The layout fort the prescribed split (quads-back/pull - hams - chest/shoulder - arms) is pretty clear and I easily chose exercises even with limited equipment at home.
However, I have trouble setting up the arm day.
Should I do the complete hss workout for both biceps and triceps? Or is it a mix of the two? I’m confused.
What’s your way to go?
