This year I stopped competing in Olympic lifting competitvely but I still really enjoy doing the full lifts and their varaitions. I was wondering what the best set up would be to include the snatch and C & J (or variations) into the HPM programe/principals as I want to bring my upper body also as it has been neglected a bit while lifting compeitively.
