I was wondering if anyone could share their suggestions/thoughts with setting up a lighter cycle(deload) for the HP Mass program?
Im about to finish my 10th week (3 cycles)

I was thinking of:
- dropping my MTW's % (maybe start at 75% of MTW's)
- Only using single ramps (+ maybe double waves)
- excluding a day (either for a NC or an explosive type w/o similar to phase 1 of CT's off-season football program)
- NC micro-cycle
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
