HPM Biceps Assistance Work?

Hey CT,
Just a quick question on how I should implement biceps training during HPM program? I’ve got triceps covered with daily high rep band pushdowns, but not sure what to do for biceps…

Any thoughts…

It really dépends… what I don’t like is your mentality to want to add all these add-ons at the same time without even having done the program 3 weeks. Sure individually each add-on is no big deal, but when you put them together it might make a big difference especially if your type doesn’t tolerate stress well.
