Wanna start Christian Thibadeau’s high performance mass program. One question tho, noticed that arm exercises are not included in the program. So my question is when do i work those out?

Also, CT advocates a lot of “active rest.” So you basically do a few reps of biceps, traps, triceps, etc. exercises between sets of your pressing or leg movements. These should be nowhere near failure.
what if one doesnt own the machine to do the Lats/Biceps Eccentric-less Volume Circuit. what could i do here instead?
