How's this for a maintenance workout?

I plan to start the “great guns” program in a few weeks. Arms are exercised twice a week and one da a week I should wok my other muscles.

How does this sound for a maintenance workout:
Squats
Dedlifts
Wide grip bench press
Lat pull down
Calves
Abs 2x a week

please wear fire retardant clothing in here if you ask, suggest, recommend lat pull downs. Here’s one of my favoreite quotes, if you can’t chin you are either handicapped, too fat or too weak.
