I have been doing HST for about 2 years, and loved it. However I have read a ton of Waterbury and I think his routines look damn solid. After reading Set/Rep bible and trying to make sure I get it right I have designed this routine. Any suggestions.
3 days a week Mon. Wed. Fri. Compounds only.
Monday
Squats 4 x 6 reps
Bench 4 x 6 reps
Rows 4 x 6 reps
Shoulders 3 x 6 reps
Bicep 1 set of 15 reps
Tricep 1 set 15 reps
Abs 3 sets
Wed.
Squats 4 x 12 reps
Bench 4 x 12 reps
Rows 4 x 12 reps
Shoulders 3 x 12 reps
Bicep 1 set of 15 reps
Tricep 1 set 15 reps
Abs 3 sets
Friday
Squats 3 x 15 reps
Bench 3 x 15 reps
Rows 3 x 15 reps
Shoulders 2 x 15 reps
Bicep 1 set of 15 reps
Tricep 1 set 15 reps
