How's My EDT?

Here is what I have done/doing this week.

Mon-Flat bench/Rows
Shoulder press/Bi curls

Tues-Squats/Tri push downs
DL/Lat raise

Wed-BB Curl/Hammer Curl
Concent Curl/ Wrist curls

Thurs-Incline Bench/Shrugs
Pull-ups/Close bench
Upright Rows/lat raises

Fri- Leg Ext/Leg Curl
Calves/wrist curls

Any input? I try and stick to basic exercises since I workout by my self at home. Let’er rip!
