im new to this site and ive decided to do riptoe 5x5
5x5 front squat 55lbs tempo 212
5x5 back squat 55lbs tempo 313
5x5 deadlift 55lbs tempo 101
3 minute breaks inbetween sets last 2 secs ganna be 4 min breaks ganna do it 3xweek then 2x a week ill be doing....
25x3 situps tempo 101
25x3 pushups tempo 101
25x3 hammer/normal hammer once then normal curl ive tryed it i think its beter then just 1 or thee other
