238lbs 20ish% BF
been lifting seriously for about 1.5yrs after about 15 yrs off
goal is a solid 250lbs with 15% or less BF
Want to extend a big thanks to all the folks here for sharing so much knowledge, Ive found stuff here that has helped me TONS and since I train solo, that’s a big deal.
