Couple question for those that have used Mag10 to cut… did you follow a strict low carb diet like fat fast or Cy’s steroid diet? I’m wondering if lean mass was gained even without the recovery drink. Or would it be worth it eating a good carb/protein meal an hour after Surge if I trained in the morning? …and maybe doing cardio in the evening? I love the idea of mag10 for cutting, and I’ve heard stories of people gaining weight on a reduced cal diet… I’m wondering what everyone did? The results I got from the search engine were kind of scattered… 's why I’m asking… Thanks as always guys.
