I saw your post on Instagram and I was wondering. How would you base a sandbag type training? Since It’s inexpensive and doesn’t requires a lot of space how would you train for becoming stronger/fitter? Thanks in advanced!
It’s really not one of my areas of expertise. It’s like asking me about clubbell and mace training. I dabble with them but I don’t know enough to feel comfortable giving recommendations.

I have been working out with a sandbag for about 3 years. Sometimes it is really difficult.
To be fair, I should refer to him as a sandbag
