How Would YOU Approach Assistance Work During Anchor Cycle?

Would you rather add more sets to your assistance exercises from the Leader cycles, add more movements on top of your old ones (ex. Lat Pulldowns, BB Rows, DB Press, etc.), etc?

I may add a couple more exercises on top of my old ones, since I could use the change for a couple weeks. But I’m curious to how you guys would do it.
