I have a very small wrist fracture, but it only hurts when i am doing curls with dumbells(my curl bar broken), so im wondering if anyone can tell me the proper method of wraping my wrist or a website that can.

Have you considered not doing curls until it heals? That would be my recommendation provided you are not training for the National Dumbell Curling finals next month.

Yeah dude. Being that curls are about # 11 on the Top Ten Most Useful Lifts list, just let it heal.
