I am going to finish HSS-100 and wanted to start on a fat loss program like GBC… only problem is there is no way i could do GBC properly in my gym someone would get in my way eventually. So i thought maybe Alwyn’s Complex training had a similar effect? Only problem is i feel like my muscle mass would be more prone to decrease during this time period if all i did was this.
How do you incorporate Complex training into your programs? Would i just do a basic Total body workout to maintain strength and mass and use the complex’s afterwards? or later in the day? Will this training style work at all like GBC??? (I had excellent success of GBC but have moved now and my gym gets kinda busy)
