I'm starting Kings 12 weeks to super strength program next week. I usually work out 4 times/week, so I'm planning to train my legs every tuesday and friday. My problem is that I'm afraid of "not doing enough." My normal squat session gives me three to four days of muscle soreness (how to get rid to that?). I eat ~150g protein/day, ~2500kcal(dieting), 10g creatine +vitamins, plan to add glutamin soon. Pharmaceuticals are "out" for now.
You'll know it's "enough" when you try the program. Just follow the tempo guidelines and you'll feel it.
