Guys…I have an unusual question and would like to hear your response… What can I do to tighten up my back to look harder and show more definition? I am at 10% bodyfat and the chest, arms, and shoulders are pretty defined, but the backside looks like it’s holding too much water…The skin is loose, which makes my back look smooth…unlike the front side. Can’t understand it?..Any suggestions?
You can’t spot reduce fat on your back, but if you don’t train your lower back as you do the rest of your upper body, it just won’t be as well developed. just my 2 cents
