Greetings all. This is my first post to the T-Nation forums, but I’ve been a lurker for ages. I’m a US soldier currently doing a tour in Afghanistan, but manage to keep my workout going pretty strong. Currently doing a varient of CT’s HSS-100. I’ve got a shitload of supplements coming from Biotest, but havent tried alot of them before.
My schedule goes something like this, which changes depending on missions:
Wake up 1100
2x Meals (mostly tuna, whole wheat, etc)
Get off work at around 0300 in the AM
“Breakfast” which is really dinner for me, at that time. My only real meal of the day–eggs, sausage, wheat bread.
May not be the best schedule, but its the best I can do in a combat enviroment.
here’s what I’m getting/have gotten:
Metabolic Drive protien
Lipo-6 Fat burner
Any suggestions on intakes/times or other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
