How to Substitute Exercises Correctly

Hi, i was thinking of starting Christian Thibaudeau’s 6 weeks to superhero program but as i was going over the exercises and videos i realized that there were many things that my gym doesn’t have. Some of these include the top half squat, prowler, top half seated overhead press among a few other things. I am very interested in doing this program and i was wondering if theres any way to make it work.
