So I've started doing cardio (:O!) and everytime I run on the treadmill my thighs rub together and it stings, and before I once got a bit of blood from it =/. It's beginning to piss me off now, I tried putting talc on tonight but it didn't really work so well.
You can get chaf cream.
Bike shops usually have it.
apparently compression gear / tights help prevent chaffing.
running stores have it too, called body glide or something. never used it on legs though, just feet...
