I am moving to an Asian city very soon. One of the great things about that is that massage and cryo therapy are really cheap. Since you’ve worked with pro athletes you could give some general guidelines.
1)How should I structure these massage therapy sessions(before, after, rest days)?
2)Total body massage or body part specific(I thought it was more putting the nervous system at ease rather than repairing the structure
3) Is there a minimum duration?
Btw, I am a Type 1B
