Help!!
I do not want to have huge traps and focus mostly on legs. I still do full body workouts and give my upper body the attention it needs. I have had big traps for a long time now and I would like to know what exercises to avoid and exercises to perform to have a feminine upper body.

Easy solution if she is still worried about it… date a guy with bigger traps and hers won’t seem so big anymore.
