You have mentioned that #conditioning work done after lifting can diminish the muscle and strength gains by inhibiting mtor. For a natural trainer who wanta to be in great shape (fitness wise) for my job and just in general (hate feeling out of shape) how would you recommend putting in condisitoning work?
A separate day?
Short intense HIT or #strongman type circuits at end of lifting days?
Steady state before lifting session?
Not sure how to out it in without interfering with muscle gain (I’m trying to gain muscle at the moment)
