Doing the undulating periodization program from TA.
I’ve switched after 8 weeks to exercises in bold. So far It’s gone great! Just finished week 10 but I have a growing concern.
I’ll be doing the 1/6 load scheme, then clusters, then 3/2/1 waves in 2 week blocks.
What exercises should I do for those schemes and what should I do for the 10-12 or 6-8 as u suggested on your site?
Or do you have a different suggestion now?
