I was wondering what you guys think are some of the best ways to increase testosterone naturally?
I know squats and deads help, and I’ve been eating all the foods that are supposed to help produce testosterone, but I’m wondering if there is something more that I can do?
There was a study done some time ago (can’t remember the one) that tested the testosterone levels of two crouds rooting for two different football teams. They found that the crouds testosterone was highest when the team they were rooting for was winning. They also found that your body produced alot more testosterone if you were anticipating a fight. I’m still looking for the study, and I’ll post a link to it when I find it. In the mean time, let me know what you guys think…
