How do you guys at T-Nation get such a clear well mixed formula for the Anaconda protocol… Everytime i mix it or shake it i get all foam and a dilluted mixture. I know it saids not too shake it but i really dont see how the hell else to do it. Any help?
P.S. if it doesnt matter and im still getting the same effects idc but im wondering if i am.

I have no prob following the instructions and it works perfectly
1st, check your number of scoops and amount of water.
2nd, turn the bottle upside down a few times, then just stick it in the fridge for an hour before you actually train (letting it sit for a bit seems to be key).

How the hell do you stir it in the nalgene bottles? lol

the instructions i got were to put water in the nalgene, then add scoops then tip it upside down- right side up a few times and let it sit in the fridge for 30min. works like a charm.
