How to Measure?


I've never actually measured certain parts of my body before (arms, chest, legs, etc) and had a few questions to ask.

Where on each muscle do I measure at?

Should the muscle be tensed, or relaxed?

Besides the 3 locations already mentioned, where else is usually a "measuring" spot?

Measure your arms and legs in a flexed state at their meatiest site. And measure your abnominal region fully sucked in. This prevents you from "cheating" yourself into thinking you are making improvements.

Measure whatver body part you are trying to improve.
