Hi. One issue I’ve always had is nutrition. Not what to eat but how many grams and measuring macros properly confuses the hell out of me. Is there an easier way to measure macros on a daily basis? Thanks.
Get an app for your phone, something like MyFitnessPal, and log your food. If you can’t weigh your food then guess by looking at the packet and estimating how much of the packet you used. The easiest way of course is to have a few go to meals, weigh them and after you log them once you never need to weigh them again. I know for example if I use the white serving spoon it holds 60g of wild brown rice, 3 spoons = 180 grams of wild brown rice.
