If you have no pic, at least tell us the size of your thighs. Roberto Carlos is the footballer famed for big thighs, and although they are reportedly 24 inches, they are 24 inches when the guy takes to the pitch weighing only 140 lbs. They also enable him to run 100m in just over 10 seconds and have amazing endurance (at his peak anyway).

I would get into medium and long distance running.
check out the quad development on long distance runners. they have none.
High reps will “tone” the muscle, making it smaller but more dense. This is the best technique for people cursed with big muscles like you, and every woman thats ever entered a gym. Stick to the treadmills, and 5lb dumbells. Also, look into getting the gazelle, or some form of pilates.
