How To Know That Your Test Production Stopped?

Im interested,which lab test shows you that your balls stopped producing test? That you need bit of hcg.

Also,would a Nolva only pct of 4-6 weeks be enough if e2 is a bit higher and test low(at the end of the cycle,15 days after last pin)?
Would it be enough to keep e2 in range and bump up natural production of test?
