I'll verbally threaten and yell at my gains. If they ever leave, I will find them, and I will kill them.
On a serious note, when I come off cycle I'll ease off on the training a little bit. Keep the frequency high but volume lower. Tribulus in addition to Nolvadex is all I need for PCT. Eating clean quality foods but still above maintenance calories. Good sleep, good supplements and no alcohol. I tend to still make gains on PCT and after. Losing gains isn't entirely factual, you'll just drop waterweight.
