How to Keep Muscle Fullness on Low Carb?

Are you eating sub-maintenance on Keto or maintenance or above maintenance calories (prior to adding in beef). Also what are your usual fat sources?

calories when it happens have been sub maintenance. Curiously, it only happens with small portions of beef between 120-160 grams. Anything higher than that and everything turns to shit where the look is relatively smooth - it’s bizarre

The only other fat sources are always whole eggs and wild caught water packed salmon and 10 grams of evening primrose for the GLA

edit - In hindsight there have been extended periods where the only other fat source was from whole eggs and it still happened, so we can discount the salmon and GLA redundant in the equation. Do you think there may be a connection with the egg yolk and fat in beef?

Ah, I just saw what you were getting at with the calorie issue. Calories are constant ie. the beef calories are a replacement for something else and not an addition
