How to Handstand at 300lbs?

For shin splints, rest a week or two. Resting is what I find hardest in recovering from any injury! Try contrast ice baths, one minute in cold, one minute in warm for 10 minutes. Always finish with cold. When I ran track we would just sit in an ice bath.
My father in law is a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. He does electrical pulse acupuncture for 30 minutes followed by 20-30 minutes massage. The last 3-4 minor injuries I’ve gotten after 3-4 sessions of acupuncture I’ve recovered.

Eastern medicine aside, shin splints often come around from a weakness. Training in toe-shoes or barefoot helped me build my calves and solei up, and performing dorsiflexion exercises (anything that has you raising the foot upwards towards the shin against resistance) helped get rid of them. I was, at one point, unable to run a half mile without severe pain, and I can run 6+ without much discomfort besides just hating running in general. Your shins are overcompensating because something is weak. Strengthen, don’t look for a cure-all.
