hey everyone just joined the site. I am in need of some help, basically want to make a major change in my life. I have always been overweight and starting to work on it now. I am 6'2 and around 274. I started working out 2 months ago and was at 292 starting weight. Just was wondering if you guys have any ideas to help me drop tons of weight and build lot of muscles. I do a lot of cardio and abs stuff but I really don't know much about lifting so any input would help a bunch. Thanks everyone!
