The most efficient way to get bigger is to give up on being ripped. If you want an endless (and unresolved) debate on this subject just do a search for “bulk or cut”.

Don’t even look. Take the amount of food you’re eating now and triple it.

Lift heavier weights and eat a lot more. I’m not sure what kind of advice you were expecting here.

You need to increase your caloric intake… you wont get bigger operating at a deficit (and you wont get bigger at a reasonable pace operating at a slight caloric surplus)… so as someone said EAT EAT EAT!

I am betting you could use more protein (try 1.5-2.0 grams per LB).

PROGRESSION on your lifts! Doing 135x10, 185x10, 225x6, 245x4 EVERY chest workout won’t let you grow, you need to progress. Add additional repetitions, up the weight, reduce the rest time etc…
This is just a small sample.

There are literally 1,000’s of articles you can read here to help you. Park it and read (just don’t forget muscle is made in the kitchen, the gym, and during recovery).
