How to Get Accurate Blood Test Results?

I’ve got some blood tests this Friday looked at my test levels and thyroid (the two areas the doctor was concerned about).

Just wondered if i should eat or train (or not train before hand etc. to ensure the results are as accurate as they can be. I forgot to ask the Doctor at the time,

Cheers all

If this is your baseline, do things how you normally do them leading into the blood work. That will represent your average.

If you want to see if you can correct hormone issues with lifestyle changes, do those after you have your baseline blood work, so you know if the change helped.

You may have to fast, that is fine, but I’d do everything other than that the same as normal life.
