ok, so ive currently been training for 5 years, progress is fine,
however, a lot of my friends now assume that I am their diet/training bible,
i feel that I can teach/advise them all about training and diet
but this question has popped up a few times in the last 12 months,
a couple of my friends, mainly girls, who are as skinny as anything, refuse to do any exercise/training ask me how to put on weight.
now this is where Ive got NFI!!
I mean, sure they could eat McDonalds everyday and they'd look like a cheeseburger, but I don't think this is what they want.
so is it basically an excess of calories???
but without training there is no muscle tear/repair/growth, so no size/weight increase in this department,
they have been advised by others to drink Sustagen or those energy drinks,
however, these might be better calories, but in the long run, isn't it just going to turn to fat........
so how would the normal skinny person who doesn't do any training/exercise put on weight, especially those that seem to be skinny regardless.
ive never managed to work it out!!
