i am 165 @ 12% bodyfat. my goal for my next cycle is for all out strength, quickness,and agility. my question is very simple. if i am not training for bodybuilding, but rather strength, quickness, and agility where should my calorie level be. i am not looking to gain bodyweight (even though it will come). should i eat 250, 500, 750, or 1,000 calories above maintnance or should i eat at or below my maintnance level? any help is appreciated. thanks
You need to at least eat at maintenance. It significantly depends on how much volume you will be employing and if using any supplements or androgens. Provide some details and we can give you a better answer.
