How To Do These Excerices

Bent-over dumbbell rear delt flyes? is that jus when u bend over and do lateral raises with two dumbells?

Rope pulls to throat???

Seated dumbbell ?power cleans?

  1. Yes. Exactly like a regular lateral raise, except that you’re bent over at the waist, either standing or seated.

  2. Just like a regular seated cable row where you sit down and pull the metal bar or V-shaped handle towards your gut, except that instead of a metal handle you attach the rope that most people use for tricep pushdowns and pull that rope up towards your neck.
