I read a lot in this page and i learnt a lot. I have been training since two years for hypertrophy but strength in SQ, DL and BP. The problem is that i like high set/volume progressions (example 7x3, 8x4 or similar) but i see that yours progressions (or the most of others) are in range of 3-5 set x 2-5 rep and I want to know if it is impossible to use a high volume for improve in strength...
