My friend is now done doing TRT and has five or ten unopened vials of test cyp in all original packaging from pharmacy.
How should he dispose of them?

If you transfer to any other person it is a criminal diversion of a schedule III drug. AKA drug trafficking.
Rx drugs can be turned in at a pharmacy. But should be done by the person who the drub was prescribed to.
TRT is for life. What went wrong? Perhaps TRT was not done right and we can help.
