How to Design a Strongman Workout?

I’m going to be starting my journey into strongman training. I understand you need power, endurance, speed, explosiveness, ect. My question is how should i design a program that alternates between high rep work and low rep max effort gains? i’ looking to do a push/ pull /squat/event day split.

Also look up chad wesley smith and some of his q/a videos on strongman training.
