I do P90x. The signature muscle confusion is always welcome in my workouts!

I find Euro Training is best for TBB (Total Body Bewilderment)

Eurotraining at 1:36 but the whole clip is worth a watch.

Ahhhhhhh kids, The muscle must be abused not confused. Broken down like the stuck up girl in the club who didn’t pay to get in and pretends she hates it when people pay her attention. You must Attack the part of the brain that triggers the muscle fibers. Not physical attack but “MIND FUCKS” for instance.

Go to the store and buy the best soap you can find for your skin, pick up some good lotion. Then right after you have a hard training session BREAK OUT THAT IRSISH FREAKING SPRING BAR AND ABUSE THE HELL OUT OF YOUR SKIN.

This must be done to all body parts remember a MUSCLE IS A MUSCLE. Fix your brain on a woman. Someone you always dreamed of hooking up with. Work your ass off finding her likes and dislikes. No matter how much time it takes win her over and just as you are about to close the deal Start hitting on her MOM or better yet her grandmother. Your balls will have so much Test loaded up you will add 200lbs on your next lift even if its Curl day.

Remember its your body use the hell out of it why send a pretty unused corps to the grave.

I walk up to the power rack, grab a bar…and then do curls! My muscles are all like “Hey WTF?!” And I’m all like “That’s right bitches! We’re doing curls! In a power rack!”

Backflips between reps work pretty good as well (can be messy with the fapping though).

On my last squat day I took my belt, wraps and a chair to the yoga class set up in the back with a pint of rum rasin ice cream and evry 10 min yell “Downward Dog”.

Then weighted clapping push ups while fapping

I have the clap, should I add weight?

I tell them they’re fat.

I would also utilise the presence of said midget to do box squats to midget. Just a quick touch and go mind; don’t go sitting on them with a bar full of weight.
