Yes, I’ve started eating fermented foods. I’ve made sauerkraut. I’m also eating curd and drinking butter milk. I’ve realised the importance of fermented foods. Moreover, I’ve got optimum nutrition 100% Gold standard whey protein. Reading the fine lines on the product says it’s a protein blend. So I think consuming that would be fine too. BTW, I had fish and red meat yesterday and feeling better after a long time. Not feeling very tired, recovering from hacking cough, fever gone, diet improving. But stomach still upset.
