I want to have some more grip strenght so i bought myself the heaviest grippers i could find…
But i am still able to close them like 40 maybe 50 times before starting to loose strenght…
So i was thinking how could i best get a good grip when using a gripper ? is it slow controlled movements or is it fast explosive ? training to failure ? getting heavier grippers ? pressing and holding…
aint got acces to hex dumbbells… well i am going to order the CoC #1 at 140 pound… Grippers doesnt cost anything and they cant be played with while sitting in front of the TV(i know im not hardcore… but i save that for the Off season)
