I agree with Headhunter on this point. I’m not a homophobe. I would prefer the term homovexed, that is, annoyed with all the bullshit “studies” (and other propaganda) that originate and propagate to absurdly prove (or pocket-define) that all homophobes are secretly gay. I meant those in the context of lesbian and gay male porn. I was trying to make the point that men are aroused by lesbian porn because of the naked women doing naughty things to each other. Not because they want to be lesbians. If naked women are involved, men get aroused. So refer back to your equation and figure out the common variable.

As far as the study is considered, it’s also possible that anxiety is contributing to the arousal instead of homosexual feelings. But if I had mentioned that, it wouldn’t have been as much fun messing with Captain Dippy.

As the study is considered, you’re using a metric to judge something subjective. I believe TC coined the term zephyrsexual (someone sexually stimulated by a warm breeze), there are too many variables involved to say “homophobe=closet homosexual”. And the fact that the response was seen in only men who identify as homophobic make one think the study was anomalous at best (apparently the good doctor didn’t have any actual homosexual control subjects in his study).

This IMO, would be just as bad as how to become gay IMO. As LNEX said, there are no ‘how to be straight’ or ‘how to be white’ classes. And a ‘how to be gay’ class is, IMO, as despicable as a ‘how to really hate Jews’ class.
