You are asking a lot of basic questions. This leads me to believe that you are 16 years old and/or not even ready to take any gear.
You actually mentioned a cycle of anavar and creatine.
IF… IF you are old enough and have enough gym experience to use any sort of anabolic, research anabolics and their application for the next year or so. Then you might be ready for a cycle.
