How to Advance with Barbell Complexes?

Once a given complex becomes too easy are you better off adding weight or decreasing rest between sets?

either is good and eventually you will probably do both. I would cut time first as it is a metabolic design not a strength one so the more work with less rest option will improve the systems the ex. is designed for. Also, you can add reps, add sets or use different ex. to keep it fresh.

Amplitude/Exercise selection.....Up(more difficult)
