How Significant Is Creatine?

My squats down about 90 pounds over the course of a month.

I changed my diet. I stopped creatine. I had trouble changing my workout around my school schedule which is only one day a week.

I was lifting Monday morning but that ruined Monday night school. School Monday night ruined Tuesday workouts so i want to start on a Wednesday day, Friday, Sunday.

Creatine is not responsible for a 90lbs difference in your Squat.
